Anita Fulton, MD
After experiencing the pitfalls of the housing market in southern California, Dr. Fulton and her husband decided to move to the south where opportunity still flourishes. She grew up in the Los Angeles, California area and attended UCLA where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology.
In her first year of college, she received the chancellor's award for academic excellence. Dr. Fulton also received her medical degree from UCLA and finished her residency training at King/Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles where she received the best teaching resident award in her second year of residency training and the award for excellence in laparoscopic surgery during her senior year of residency. She has been a board certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist since 2005.
Having been in private practice for 5 years prior to arriving in Houston, Dr. Fulton enjoys the quality and personalized care she gives in this setting. Her compassionate nature is what sets her apart from other physicians.
After giving birth to her daughter in 2007, she realized that women enjoy added services in addition to quality medical care. She thought that opening New Experience OB/GYN and Medspa as a component to her practice would give her patients and their families the added benefit of beauty and relaxation.
She believes that this is the future of medicine and what patients want.
